• Opened Products: For opened skincare products, due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted unless there was an issue with the product, such as damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked as “final sale” or “discounted.”
• Gift cards, samples, or promotional items.
• Any skincare products that have been opened or used.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Shipping: You must ship the item back to us via our Courier Service shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. Cost will be based on location, feel free to ask us.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. If you paid cash on delivery, you would need to provide bank account details to receive your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
